Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Heat over medium until boiling.
  • Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in peanut butter until fully melted and combined.
  • Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix in quick oats until evenly coated.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a silicone mat.
  • Let cookies cool at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container.
